A relação entre marketing e design nas organizações: uma revisão de literatura

Resumo

O marketing é uma área de grande importância para as organizações, pois lida de forma direta com o mercado, buscando conhecer e criar um relacionamento com os consumidores. Nos últimos anos, o design tem sido cada vez mais valorizado pelas organizações que buscam interagir, criar soluções e benefícios para os seus clientes. Essas duas áreas, através de esforços e de uma atuação em conjunto, podem trazer muitos benefícios para a organização em diversos contextos e auxiliar no crescimento do negócio. Dessa forma, esta pesquisa buscou compreender como essas duas áreas interagem e se assemelham nos diferentes negócios, fomentando o desenvolvimento da organização. A partir de uma revisão de literatura das áreas de marketing e de design, foram classificadas diferentes abordagens, para identificar como as empresas lidam com tal relação nos contextos de negócios, com base na visão de diferentes autores nos últimos anos. Assim, buscou-se identificar quatro abordagens específicas com base na interação entre essas áreas e quais podem ser melhor exploradas através de estudos futuros, para o aprimoramento e constante evolução do relacionamento entre marketing e design, de forma que possa favorecer a empresa como um todo.
