Abstract
A edição volume 5 e número 1 do IJBMKT é atípica, por ser editada sob a pandemia global de COVID-19. O que nos trouxe o peso da tragédia, mas também a força da superação. Apesar das dificuldades, das perdas, das mudanças repentinas nas vidas de todos, temos uma edição com conteúdo relevante – e uma ausência significativa.
