COMPORTAMENTO DE COMPRA DURANTE A COVID-19 EM SUBAMOSTRA DE CONSUMIDORES BRASILEIROS.
Abstract
Objetivo: compreender como a percepção de risco individual e cuidados com a higiene refletem nos padrões de compra de consumidores brasileiros.
Método: utilizou uma abordagem quantitativa-descritiva, e os dados foram analisados por meio de estatísticas descritivas.
Principais resultados: os resultados correlacionam as componentes principais (ACP): “higiene e percepção de risco”; “reflexo do medo nas compras” e “ações concretas de prevenção nas compras” com as variáveis socioeconômicas.
Contribuições sociais: este estudo foi importante para apontou o que ocorreu nos padrões de compras no Brasil no momento mais restritivo das medidas de isolamento.
