Digital transformation and the growth of the IT market for SMEs represent a great opportunity to be taken advantage of by Workey Digital This report presents proposals for taking advantage of the opportunity for the company, such as the reorganization of its internal processes to gain scale in a sustainable way. The strategy proposed in this work was to review the service portfolio and create a management structure to enable gains in scale. Among the planned actions are the definition of service level agreements with partners and the structuring of the partnership management process The proposed innovation refers to mainly on the service based on the concept of shared costs that exists in condominiums, given that small companies will have access to a “shared area” of IT, paying only for a fraction of the cost of structuring this area. the service is performed in a more scalable way by the company and faster to the customer This work was based on the methodology for solving problems and taking advantage of opportunities developed by Marcondes, Miguel, Franklin & Perez (2017) and on the value creation process proposed by Miguel, Marcondes and Caldeira (2018).
